Our Role

  • Assemble and manage Project and construction teams who are appropriate for the project;
  • Advise on the alternative and most suitable procurement methods for the delivery of the project;
  • Collate and assimilate information from the client, whether an individual or team to develop a detailed brief for the required works;
  • Prepare a project programme which is realistic and reflects the criteria which are relevant to delivery;
  • Take full responsibility for project delivery from inception to occupation
