Quantity Surveying
As a core skill we can combine our approach to Project Management with the constant review of budgets and costs in order to maintain a good control over the approved budget for a scheme. We constantly deliver projects on time, on budget and to the Client's specification.
Our Role
- Involvement at an early stage in the project to produce budget estimates based on the Client's brief
- Produce a Bill of Quantities as part of a full tender package
- Handle all aspects of a tender process and produce an in depth tender analysis for the client
- Produce cash flow forecast
- Monitor the project throughout its life to control costs
- Review contractor's accounts and agree a final account on the Client's behalf
- Ensure the Client receives prompt, clear and relevant information about the budget and out turn costs of a project
